Wi-Fi Gateway Troubleshooting

The gateway cannot connect to the network and shows offline. What should I do?

1.Make sure the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly.

2.During setup, keep the gateway and your smartphone close to the Wi-Fi router.

3.Check that the Wi-Fi router is working properly. If there was a power outage, ensure the router has fully restarted, then follow the connection steps in the manual to reconnect the gateway.

4.Check the Wi-Fi signal strength. If the gateway is too far from the router, move it closer to improve connection stability.

The gateway button is unresponsive. What should I do?

Wi-Fi Timer Troubleshooting

The valve does not open. What could be the cause?

Possible causes and solutions:

  • Low battery → Replace with new batteries.

  • Debris in the inlet or filter → Clean the inlet and filter regularly.

  • Unstable network or app response delay → Wait a moment and try opening the valve again.

The timer cannot connect to Wi-Fi / cannot pair. What should I do?

  • Check that the Wi-Fi network is working properly.

  • During connection, keep the timer close to the gateway and router.

  • Re-pair the timer: Press and hold the timer button until the red LED flashes rapidly to enter pairing mode, or remove the device from the home screen in the app and reconnect it.

 

Watering is not running as scheduled. Why?

  • Impurities in the water have entered the filter → Clean the inlet and filter regularly to prevent clogging that may interfere with the watering schedule.

  • Rain delay has been set → Check if Rain Delay mode is enabled.

  • Low battery triggers protection mode → Replace with new batteries.
