Solution:

Verify that the Wi-Fi password has been entered correctly.

During setup, keep the gateway and the smartphone close to the Wi-Fi router.

Verify that the Wi-Fi router is functioning properly. If there was a power outage, ensure the router has restarted correctly, then reconnect the gateway by following the connection steps in this manual.

Check the Wi-Fi signal strength. If the distance between the gateway and the router is too great, move the gateway closer to improve connection stability.
2. The Gateway Button Is Unresponsive
