Pump not working or can't pump water from container

Impurities have entered and damaged the pump.

The pump was damaged due to being dropped or during transportation.

  • If the pump fails to work or pump water, please contact the customer service of the store where you made your purchase within the warranty period.

Water leakage from the pump inlet or outlet port

The water pipe is not inserted tightly or fully into the port.

  • Re-install the water pipe, ensuring the end is fully and tightly inserted into both the inlet and outlet ports.

Weak water flow comes out

The pump is too far away from the plants or the water container (pipe is too long).

There is air trapped inside the pipe.

  • Move the pump closer to the plants to reduce the pipe length.

  • When setting up the system, let water flow from the open end of the pipe to expel all air before installing the end plug.

The device is not watering as scheduled

The water container is empty (water shortage).

The saved watering schedule was cleared due to a power loss.

  • Check if the container has enough water.

  • Re-schedule your watering plan in the device settings.
