Valve Cannot Open or Close

Long storage time causing valve malfunction.

Valve blockage.

  • Keep the water faucet closed and turn on the timer dial.

  • Run manual watering for 5-7 seconds, then stop watering.

  • Repeat step 2 three to five times.

  • Seek customer service assistance if the problem persists.

     

     

Short Battery Life

Mixed use of new and old batteries.

  • Use new Alkaline batteries only. Do not mix old and new batteries or use different brands/types.

     

Device Does Not Water

Dial turned to "OFF" position.

Faucet not turned on.

Battery depletion resulting in automatic shutdown.

  • Turn the knob to another position (e.g., Manual or Auto).

  • After completing all settings, open the water faucet.

  • Replace with new alkaline batteries.

Low Water Pressure

Filter blockage.

Insufficient inlet pressure to support watering.

  • Check if the filter is clogged. If so, clean or replace the filter.

  • Ensure the timer is installed correctly and not cross-threaded.

  • Install a booster pump or other auxiliary equipment to increase water pressure.

Pump Can't Connect with Hub

Pump too far from hub, or too many obstructions.

Missed the searching time during connecting.

Hub software version is low.

  • Stay close to the hub when connecting the pump.

  • Try to start device searching on the hub first, then hold the pump's SET button after the countdown starts until the red light blinks.

  • On the hub's home page, go to Basic Settings (top right) > Device Information to check for new versions.

     

     

Water Leakage from Pump Inlet or Outlet Port

Pipe not tightly or fully inserted.

  • Re-install the water pipe, ensuring the end is fully and tightly inserted into the inlet and outlet ports.

Weak Water Flow

Pump too far from pots and water container.

Air left in the pipe.

  • Move the pump closer to plants and reduce pipe length.

  • When setting up the system, let water flow from the pipe end to expel air before installing the end plug.

     

     

Hub Can't Connect to Wi-Fi

Not using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

Incorrect Wi-Fi password.

Too far from router, or too many obstructions.

  • Check and use a 2.4GHz or dual-band Wi-Fi network.

  • Re-enter the password carefully when connecting.

  • Stay close to the router when connecting the hub.

Condensation on the Screen

Air condenses inside the screen due to temperature difference between inside and outside.

  • This is normal. The fog will disappear as the temperature rises, or leave it to stand for a period of time.
