Valve Cannot Open or Close

Possible Cause:

  • Long storage time causing valve malfunction

  • Valve blockage

Possible Solution:

  • Keep the water faucet closed and turn on the timer dial.

  • Run manual watering for 5–7 seconds, then stop watering.

  • Repeat step 2 three to five times.

  • If the issue persists, seek customer service assistance.

Short Battery Life

Possible Cause:

  • Mixed use of new and old batteries

Possible Solution:

  • Always use new alkaline batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

 

Device Does Not Water

Possible Cause:

  • Dial turned to "OFF" position

  • Faucet not turned on

  • Battery depletion resulting in automatic shutdown

Possible Solution:

  • Turn the knob to another position (e.g., ON).

  • After completing all settings, open the water faucet.

  • Replace with new alkaline batteries.

 

Low Water Pressure

Possible Cause:

  • Filter blockage

  • Insufficient inlet pressure to support watering

Possible Solution:

  • Check if the filter is clogged. If so, clean or replace the filter.

  • Ensure the timer is installed correctly and not cross-threaded.

  • Install a booster pump or other auxiliary equipment to increase water pressure.
